Return & Refund Policy

At ILYLAM, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

HYGIENE PRODUCTS: Due to health and hygiene reasons, products such as skincare, tooth gels, and supplements (e.g., Forever Living products) cannot be returned if the safety seal is broken or the product has been opened.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Stripe or Airwallex).

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic proof for a free replacement.
